How do you approach a difficult board without guessing?

Use three checkpoints when following an unfamiliar solution:

1. Opening match: confirm the first bus’s color, position, and arrow direction. If those differ from your screen, stop and compare the video rather than substituting another same-colored bus.
2. First released bay: identify which bus leaves and which bus takes its place. In Level 327, the Yellow opener waits while Cyan and Blue board; another Cyan bus uses the bay released by Blue.
3. New information: recheck paths and colors after buses are exposed. Do not assume the remaining board is simply a smaller version of the opening.

A useful plan can include buses waiting through several waves. In Level 350, the opening sends Black, Purple, and Yellow, then waits for Yellow to depart before Orange. Sending Orange too soon skips a condition stated in the solution.
